Provider Standards
Truidian works with a limited, reviewed set of third-party providers rather than an open marketplace. This page describes how a provider is evaluated before Truidian will introduce it to a business, and how that relationship is maintained.
Before a provider is added
- Truidian reviews the provider's licensing or registration status where applicable to the product category.
- Truidian reviews the provider's standard terms, pricing structure and disclosure practices for clarity.
- Truidian confirms the provider's compensation arrangement with Truidian so it can be disclosed to businesses before they engage. See Disclosures.
While the relationship is active
- Truidian monitors business feedback on each provider and will stop making new introductions to a provider that generates a pattern of unresolved complaints.
- A provider's programs, pricing and eligibility criteria can change at any time at that provider's discretion; Truidian does not control or guarantee the terms a provider ultimately offers.
What this does not mean
Being a Truidian provider is not an endorsement of outcome. Truidian does not underwrite, approve or fund any application, and a reviewed provider can still decline a specific business. See Disclosures for how Truidian is compensated and the limits of what it provides.
