Truidian connects to external services where it adds real value. To keep expectations honest, each provider is labeled by its current status.
Provider status
- Stripe (payments)
- Available — payment collection uses Stripe Checkout.
- IRS transcripts
- Simulated — modeled in-product; delivery is not a live connection.
- E-signature
- Simulated — signing is modeled but not a live provider.
- Email & SMS
- Simulated — messaging is modeled in-product.
- Calendar sync
- Simulated — external two-way sync is not yet live.
Read the status labels
Simulated providers behave realistically for demonstration and workflow design but are not production connections. Never present them as live integrations.
